Masters and captains. Decades at sea. No interest in me, my product, or my pitch. Every conversation started below zero. They weren't neutral. They were pre-closed.
Vocabulary didn't get me through. Confidence didn't. Technical fluency didn't either.

The back story
Before becoming a founder coach, I spent 21 years in the corporate world leading commercial, sales & strategy teams across Europe and Asia - so my coaching comes from the seat you're in, not a textbook.
In these 21 years, I changed & rebuilt my career
from scratch - three times – in new
countries.
Through these changes I learnt how to position
myself in new cultures
without compromising
what I brought to the table.
Outliving cancer changed how I held myself
accountable through the changes I
needed to make
to regain my life back. It changed how I read hard
moments
and what it takes to rebuild.
So alongside the corporate experience, I bring the
lived experience of
reinventing
myself with precision.
