Step 1: Book your 1st Free Call. In these interactive 45 minutes, we explore the topic you bring, reach it's core essence & draw up your next steps. Step 2: If we decide to work together, within 24 hours I send you a simple email with T&C confirming confidentiality of all our conversations, payment terms & the date for our first session. Step 3: High octane excitement throughout your sessions as you discover the numerous nuggets of magic within you. Your adrenaline rush sometimes replaces your coffee cravings.

What happens in the 1-on-1 Coaching & Consulting sessions:

  • We set your Goal Post: i.e. Where would you like to be at the end of your coaching relationship. We set clear goals for the overall coaching relationship including goal for each session.

  • We get to work straight away: Each session will have an outcome we both agree upon. I will steer us effectively & efficiently towards that outcome.

  • We co-create: I bring my secret vault of tools, tactics & strategies. We practice, draw-up scripts & rehearse. When coaching is experiential, the results stick.

  • Safe Space: You speak freely in our time together. You gotta feel heard, understood & inspired in your coaching session. I make that happen.

  • Mutuality: I don't give advise from an Ivory tower. I sit alongside you, we build a pespectful rapport as two key players on the same team.

  • Important Trivia: Think of personalized coaching as a time bound project on yourself. A gift you give yourself to nail your success faster & skilfully. If you have a dry sense of humour, like effing or taking a few minutes to breathe & center yoruself...bring all of you with you.

The catch about building Leadership Presence

that no one talks about…

Almost all leaders I have worked with know their ‘WHY’. They know why they need a job, why their personal values are important to them, why their values need to be met. The catch is in “HOW” they position their “WHY” to other people.

“HOW” you position your views can either make your colleagues rally behind your ideas, see value in your contributions & show respect towards you or move “away” from you. Ignoring, bypassing & undervaluing what you have to offer.

Because People choose how they want to respond to you based on the experience they have with you.

When someone interrupts you in a meeting, your WHY is likely to be very clear –“…you don’t want to feel cut off as though what you are saying is not important” people to interrupt you. But “HOW” you position your displeasure can make a big difference in the response you can expect.
